As the Dubai summer arrives and the heat hits ridiculous temperatures, there is a mass exodus of people from the UAE. Some leaving forever this time and some just getting away for the summer so they can actually go outside without melting.
With a lot of people away, Barry and Oskar got the chance to speak to each other and this week Oskar wanted to expand on something he’s been looking into. In fact his mother started looking into this back in the 70’s. The idea of happiness and engagement at work.
Oskar shares some quite startling, if perhaps not surprising statistics, and what we can do about those things in our own roles, either as business owners, or as employees.
