To end the year, Barry and Oskar got a chance to sit down in their outdoor office (read out in the desert) and discuss sales.
This function within every business, whether a start up or a multi national behemoth, is vital. Without sales, you don’t have a business, as the role of sales is to help your customer understand how you can help them with their problem.
The stereotypical idea of a slimy salesman still exists, but does that approach work? Can you sell something to someone that doesn’t really want it? Could sales be a bottle neck in your business? If so, what do you do? Get ride of the problem? Or would training be an idea?
